The program offers a specialization in project and program management. It takes place in four different locations on the SKEMA campus in Lille, France, in Raleigh (US), as well as in Shanghai in China and Belo Horizonte in Brazil, with six modules specifically designed to internationalize the profile of participants and raise awareness of the globalized economy
Travail & Expérience
Main activities: - Supervise the design and implementation of projects & programs - Advice and assist project managers. - Manage the end-to-end of projects, coordinating the overall delivery with third-party providers and differnts partners, support in shaping the scope/proposition and help structuring requirements in platform features. - Maintain the overview across all outcomes and dependencies, coordinate releases of projects& programs, proactively steer and drive governance processes and manage respective resourcing and budget. - Orchestrates and leads a set of transformation projects - Participate in pre-sales of outsourcing contracts.
Main activities: - Arbitrate resource allocations between different projects. - Deploy the quality approach on projects & programs - Understand, collect and analyze the needs of customers. - Management of change requests, propose answers or adequate solutions in line with technological and financial practices.
