With more than 20 years of experience in consulting, implementation of IT projects in the SAP domain and beyond, I am a seasoned manager of international and multicultural teams of up to 70 people (internals, contractors, service companies, offshore services,…) for both project and maintenance.

After 3 years of management in a volunteer organisation, I am willing to bring my skills and experience to manage ambitious transformation projects and help companies bring about significant and positive impact for their employees, customers and the society as a whole.

I privilege a pragmatic, constructive, and serene approach to management, I don’t hesitate to be hands-on when needed, while always keeping the big picture in mind and staying focused on achieving business objectives.

I interact efficiently in French and English with multiple stakeholders, from end-users, key-users to managers, executives and shareholders.

I have worked in various business domains (Finance, Procurement and Logistics, Human Resources, Business Intelligence, Technical architecture, …) and industry sectors (Utilities, Automotive, Aeronautics and Space,…) and I am eager to learn more.
