First Data profile hired at Jellysmack, I built the Data Analyst Team to perform analysis on various thematics, compute KPIs, create dashboards and distribute the Data in order to monitor and evaluate Jellysmack’s contents and channels performances. I scaled the Team up to 4 Data Analysts.
To get a better understanding of the Business stakeholders' needs, I extended the Data Analyst Team with Business Analysts. The role of the Team is to be more impactful on Jellysmack’s Business decisions. The Team continues to perform analysis, compute KPIs, create dashboards and distribute the Data. I scaled the Team up to 15 Analysts.
After 4 years mainly as a Data ‘customer’, I took the opportunity to move as a Data ‘builder’ by developing the Data Analytics Engineer Team, a new scope in the Data department. I take the lead with the Team to handle Data amount increase : - We consolidate Data from multiple platforms (Social Media API, Spreadsheet, Pipedrive, Monday…) - We created, we manage and aliment Jellysmack’s Redshift Data Warehouse - We improve Data quality and Data understanding with our own Python ETL (clean, enrich, normalize and document the Data) I scaled the Team up to 7 Data Analytics Engineers
Content Performance is composed of 6 Back-End Developers (Rust, GO, and PHP), 2 Data Engineers, 2 Data Analytics Engineers, 3 Data Quality Analysts and 2 Data Governance Analysts. In order to refactor the legacy of Data Acquisition, I lead the development of the Data Pipeline, from Social Media API (Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok) to the Redshift Data Warehouse.
