Role in the mission: EBS functional administrator: AR, AP, PO, GL and ADIX V5 Tasks: • Production monitoring (control & analysis of daily batches) • Management of authorizations • Management of third-party supplier and customer referential • User support • Production of user guides / operating modes • Settings for new funds/entities • Troubleshooting, acceptance testing • Reporting Project manager for the acquisition of a SAAS software package • Research and selection of publishers in line with the need, planning of workshops to present solutions to the business • Preparation of the AO: decision and launch committees, drafting of the specifications, counting grids, providing assistance to the purchases department for the preparation of the CCAP • Analysis of the answers and proving assistance to the business for the study and the choice of the software package • Management of the project on the business side: ensures the smooth running of each stage of the project, participation in project committees, specification workshops, assistance during the acceptance phase, verification of regular service, etc. Technical environment: Oracle E-business suite R12 SQL Developer GODZILLA GIDE ADIX V5 GFI-PEP
Role in the mission: Functional consultant AR, AP, PO, GL Tasks : • Feasibility study according to customer requirements and preparation of files covering the functional requirements of the CIPAV project. • Configuration of the cloud ERP Fusion to prepare a pre-package and a demo base for the CIPAV Project and future ERP Cloud projects, and creation of the configuration documents. • Work with Oracle support for bug and technical issues resolution. Role in the mission: Technical/functional consultant Tasks : • Preparation of acceptance testing plans and validation reports. • Integration testing for all delivery batches concerning anomalies and developments. • Updating deviation sheets and workbooks. • Generation, formatting and sending to the DRFIPs of management files, for the payroll of ministry agents. • Creation of a directory of functional tests. Role in the mission: PeopleSoft functional Consultant Tasks: • Work on the GIU (Railway Reform): - Detailed design workshops. - Validation of discrepancy sheets, and unit and integration test plans. - Development of acceptance testing plans, and conduct of acceptance tests. • Developments: - Design workshops with business and detailed specifications - Testing, validation of discrepancy sheets, and unit and integration test plans. - Business team and project management assistance for acceptance testing and deployement phase • Participation in preparation work for MDG 2014 and 2015 (reliability cycle qualification tests, development of data sets). • Management of patches and resolution of anomalies with the technical team, the maintenance team and the business representatives. • Writing user operating procedures and updating project documentation. Role in the mission: PMO Tasks : • Planning of training sessions: Development of a training schedule for each wave, according to the profile of the users trained, and the areas necessary for each profile. • Project invoicing: Generation and preparation of final invoices intended for the client, for each wave of training. • Follow-up of user opinions and feedback from trainers, transmission of alerts to project management. • Daily reporting to the client through a tracking file.
